HR MANAGER (Quezon City, Onsite)

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations. This role will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies and systems, manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all HR functions to ensure efficient and consistent practices.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Develop comprehensive HR plans, including employee development, career progression, and succession planning.
- Source and screen potential candidates, leveraging social media and other recruitment tools to attract top talent.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Utilize social media platforms effectively for targeted job postings and candidate engagement.
- Ensure strict compliance with employment laws and regulations to maintain legal and ethical standards.
- Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that arise and fostering a supportive working environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, providing feedback and strategies for employee improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Human Resource Management.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with a track record of nurturing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- High proficiency in using social media for recruitment and engagement.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and HRIS tools.
- Ability to work onsite and manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
