JOB TITLE: HR GENERALIST
HIRING COMPANY: EliteInsure Ltd. is a high-end, new-tech, Insurance Brokerage Firm with its headquarters in New Zealand & teams spread across Asia. Our company has experienced exponential growth with outsourcing and has an established, yet expanding team in the Philippines since its inception on March 2016. Since its establishment, the company has achieved remarkable growth, particularly through outsourcing, and has built a thriving team in the Philippines.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with a proven track record in supporting organizational growth and who can contribute to enhancing the company's branding, culture, and overall HR strategy.
FILIPINOS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES WILL BE CONTACTED
WORK LOCATION: Remote, work from home-Philippines
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately
CONTRACT: Full Time
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday / 8am to 5pm MNL time
OFF Days: Saturday and Sunday
SALARY & BENEFITS:

FULL TIME:
• Php. 20-25K (basic monthly fee/starting rate) depending on skills and experience.
• Chance for salary increase after Performance Reviews
• Paid Leaves and PH Holidays
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Good command of the English language
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
3. HR-related qualification & experience
4. In possession of a PC or laptop & a headset with a microphone
5. Internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
6. Detail-oriented & well organized
7. RECRUITMENT background is highly preferred; BPO industry
Responsibilities:
1. RECRUITMENT, HR and Admin functions such as screening CVs & shortlisting candidates, preliminary interviews, scheduling candidate
interviews with advisers & managers across the board
2. Maintaining and updating recruitment process database
3. Conducting training sessions for prospective candidates
4. Facilitating Orientation & joining formalities for new employees such as contracts, documents, etc
5. Maintaining a database of all training & call recordings
6. Co-ordinating & Liaising with the manager for other admin related tasks
