HR Director is responsible for overseeing HR operations, leading employee relations, designing talent management strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Director will also work closely with leadership team to align HR practices with the company goals. He will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including recruiting, training, and managing employee relations.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting: Plan and lead the hiring process, including interviewing and hiring new employees
Training: Oversee employee training and development
Employee relations: Manage employee issues, such as grievances and disputes, conducting investigations and d
Policy development and implementation: Research, develop, and update the organization's policies and guidelines as well as implementation
Strategic planning: Collaborate with leadership team to implement strategic planning to determine objectives, forecast needs and plan workforce.
Compliance: Ensure Compliance to regulations and employment laws
Performance management: Lead the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations
Team management: Able to manage a team and be a role model (leader) in the company
Employee records: Manage and maintain employee records
Skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong time management skills
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies and programs
