includes about 280 ongoing customers, large and small. The company was founded 15 years ago and is
going strong even during this pandemic. We believe that the key to growth is in a high-performing human resources team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified HR Coordinator. Ideal HR Managers have a strong understanding of recruiting, screening, and interviewing. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to work independently, scheduling and conducting interviews in English.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week), Mon-Fri, and on USA Eastern Time Business time with flexible hours between (8:00 am-5:00 pm).
Primary Duties:
Write Job Descriptions; Job Advertisements on different platforms
Initial Interviews; Endorsing qualified candidates for final interviews
Sending Rejection
Managing and tracking Initiating Jotform Onboarding Process
Scheduling IT Calls for new hires; Onboarding Calls
30/60/90 day Check-In ; Addressing employee concerns and routing them to the respective managers if necessary
Issuing Certificates of Employment or Letter of Employment per employees' request
Participating in discussions with the management on employee PTOs and other benefits etc.
Attendance Tracking; PTO/Leave Tracking
Termination of Employees once directive from the direct manager is received
Hosting Welcome Calls
Hosting Monthly Tea
Updating Handbook or Policies whenever necessary
Maintaining Company Directory
Maintaining Employee Records and HR Documents in NAS
Monthly Newsletter
Monthly Wellness Gifts for US Employees
Experience with social media and job boards for candidate sourcing.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We also need- great communication skills, great English, a good internet connection, willing to work EST.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple candidates and tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills Required:
-Experience as an HR Assistant for at least two (2) years
-Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
-Knowledge of US employment law and human resources responsibilities
-Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
