HR & Client Success Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced team! This role is a blend of recruitment, client relationship management, and administrative support, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives under pressure.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting in the selection of top talent.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and handling internal communications.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including coordinating projects, preparing reports, and organizing team activities.
- Assist with employee onboarding and general HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team.
- Communication with the clients about active hirings
- Collaborate with senior leadership on various business operations and offer support in managing employee relations and team development.

### Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment / Customer Success Manager roles – MUST
- Experience in remote work – MUST
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well across different teams and with external candidates.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of working independently and taking initiative.
- Comfortable with various administrative tools, Google Sheets, and Canva.
- A fast learner – important as we move quickly.
- Willingness to commit to a long-term relationship with us.
