Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Auditing & Operations Specialist audits consultant performance, monitors operational processes, and ensures compliance with company policies. This role involves reviewing Hubstaff screenshots, assessing adherence to standards, and actively participating in daily business operations to align HR and operational practices with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Auditing & Compliance
-Performance Audits: Regularly conduct audits of consultant and employee performance, analyzing data from systems like Hubstaff, time-tracking tools, and task completion reports.
-Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with HR policies, such as attendance, leave policies, and work hours, while ensuring company policies are being followed.
-Audit Reporting: Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings, highlight areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
-Issue Resolution: Identify and address performance discrepancies, collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues, and recommend policy changes or training as needed.
Business Operations Oversight
-Process Optimization: Analyze and identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational workflows across departments, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
-Operations Monitoring: Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business operations and consultant productivity, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of company processes.
-Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure operational processes are aligned with organizational goals. Resolve any operational or performance issues that arise.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
-Operational Reporting: Generate and deliver regular performance reports on both HR audits and operational effectiveness, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
-Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements based on audit findings and operational analysis to enhance business efficiency and employee performance.
Qualifications
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience:
-2–5 years of experience in HR auditing, performance management, operations, or a related field.
-Experience using performance management and HR software (e.g., Hubstaff, HRIS systems).
-Proven track record of improving operational workflows and performance through data analysis and process optimization.
Skills:
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical and auditing skills.
-Proficient in project management and operational reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, time-tracking software).
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with remote teams and managing performance data from distributed systems.
-Familiarity with operational and performance KPIs in a fast-paced business environment.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
