Activities Description of activities and responsibilities
IT Platforms
? Become proficient on the platforms that support our business, ie Trello, enableHR, Employment Hero, Harvest, Qwlr, Survey Monkey, Culture Amp, XRef and any other IT platform that we adopt in the business.
HR Administration
Support the HR Team on all aspects of HR Administration, including (but not limited to): ? Preparation of employment contracts
? Quarterly review of employment contract clauses (Employment Hero & enableHR) identifying updates required to client employment contract templates
? Onboarding new tea
? First level support for new employees.
? Preparation of all other HR documentation as required. ? Preparation of HR Reports, eg. Employee feedback reports, headcount reports.
Other
? Record time accurately in Harvest
? Identify opportunities to increase the efficiency of the team.
HR Business Partners
Regularly – to support them in their senior HR advisory roles.
Partners
Periodically - to manage support requests on IT platforms, VOIP phone system.
