JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to take full ownership of our hiring process. This role is key in helping our company grow with the right people. Your main responsibility will be to manage end-to-end recruitment—from posting job ads and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.

You’ll develop and implement effective selection methods, communicate with candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring journey. You should be comfortable handling multiple job openings at once and creating structured hiring pipelines.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles

Source and screen applicants through various platforms

Organize and conduct interviews

Develop new hiring strategies and selection methods

Communicate with candidates throughout the process

Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements

Handle onboarding and documentation

Maintain a recruitment dashboard and track hiring metrics
