Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruiting processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, benefits enrollments, and payroll information.
• Support training and development initiatives by coordinating sessions and tracking progress.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns or directing them to the appropriate tea
• Monitor and manage attendance, timesheets, and leave requests.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role (experience in the construction industry is a plus).
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
