HR Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. This role will support the HR department in key hiring processes, including interviewing applicants, editing resumes, assisting with vetting, and managing contracts. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong communication skills, and can handle multiple HR functions with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
? Interview Coordination & Applicant Screening

Schedule and conduct initial interviews with job applicants.
Assist in screening candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for interview updates.
? Resume Editing & Submission

Review and edit candidate resumes to align with client expectations.
Ensure all resumes are formatted professionally before submission.
Maintain an organized database of applicant profiles.
? Vetting & Background Checks

Assist in conducting reference and background checks.
Verify candidates’ credentials, employment history, and qualifications.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies.
? Contract & Onboarding Assistance

Support in drafting and reviewing employment contracts.
Coordinate the signing and processing of contracts between candidates and clients.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure all required documents are completed.
? HR & Administrative Support

Maintain and update HR records and databases.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, emails, and documentation.
Assist in other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
