We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team remotely. This role is crucial for optimizing HR processes, and supporting HR strategies that drive efficiency and compliance.

Job Summary
The HR Analyst will support the Everylite team by constantly seeking talent and owning the recruitment process. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in HR systems, and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. The HR Analyst will collaborate closely with HR leadership and other departments to enhance workforce planning, performance metrics, and overall HR effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making in workforce planning, compensation, and employee performance.
• Maintain and optimize HR documentation, ensuring accurate and efficient data management.
• Develop and improve HR processes, including recruitment analytics, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Support benefits administration and payroll analysis to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with leadership teams to provide insights that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.
• Process payroll calculations and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration.
• Keep track of employees' benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including onboarding of new employees.
• Draft job descriptions for upcoming hiring needs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the graveyard shift
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the US market

Working Schedule
Monday through Friday – 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Time
