As the HR & Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for supporting a broad range of HR activities and administrative tasks within the organisation. This role combines strategic HR and administrative responsibilities with operational workflows, including process documentation and improvement, research and analysis to achieve business stability and growth. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of HR procedures and policies, be a multi-tasker with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
- Spearhead recruiting efforts including talent scouting, screening resumes to shortlist candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates to build a capable and trustworthy team
- Improve and coordinate the onboarding and training process for new hires to facilitate a smooth and positive employee experience and expedite role readiness
- Assist in conducting regular employee check ins, performance feedback reviews and offboarding processes
- Develop and refine HR policies and training procedures
- Ensure records of attendance and leaves plus payroll are accurately maintained
- Manage employee benefits and employee engagement including corporate health insurance and engagement initiatives
Administrative Management:
- Assist in researching and/or compiling information to support various business functions
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth and stable daily operations across different departments
- Identify and improve areas to increase operational efficiencies and business workflows to optimise resource utilisation
- Collaborate with the operations and fulfilment team to ensure timely enquiries handling, order processing, delivery and replenishment of both products and supplies
- Work cross functionally and support management in scheduling, tracking project milestones and monitoring deliverables to ensure business goals are successfully met
- Provide administrative and operational support as required
Requirements:
- Diploma, GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent qualification
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Google Drive and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills while being adaptable and proactive to initiate process changes
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
