HIRING: High-Level Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Sayan Digital Alchemy is looking for a highly skilled, fast, and communicative video editor & graphic designer who understands that editing is storytelling—not just cutting clips. We create high-quality, impactful video content for brands, and we need someone who can edit, design, distribute content, and manage social media for clients.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
* Storytelling Expertise – You don’t just edit; you craft compelling narratives that captivate audiences.
* Fast & Efficient – Speed is key, but quality is non-negotiable.
* Experienced in Video Editing, Graphic Design & Social Media Management – You must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and social media growth strategies.
* Exceptional Communication – This is a deal-breaker. If you struggle with English or clear communication, this is NOT for you.
* Growth-Oriented – We want someone who is always learning and pushing boundaries in video editing and social media.

YOUR ROLE:
** Edit multiple short-form social media videos daily (1 min or less).
** Edit long-form multi-cam videos (YouTube podcasts, testimonials, ads, VSLs).
** Sound design: Mix audio, add sound effects, and choose the right music to enhance storytelling.
** Create motion graphics and on-brand visuals for clients.
** Manage & distribute social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
** Analyze engagement, optimize content for performance, and execute content strategies for clients.
** Work within Trello & Google Drive to manage projects efficiently.
** Communicate directly with clients to ensure their vision is met.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluent English & strong communication skills (NO EXCEPTIONS).
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, & social media growth strategies.
* Experience in sound design, storytelling, and color grading.
* Ability to handle multi-cam footage & smooth transitions.
* Fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality.
* Experience managing social media accounts, posting content, and optimizing engagement.
