HIRING - Ad Creative Strategist For eCommerce Brands

Hey there, we're looking for a rockstar Ad Creative Strategist. Someone who knows how to create visually striking designs and has a lot of creativity.

You will be responsible for the brainstorming of Ads for our eCommerce clients. This includes Images & Videos.

Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm world class Advertising Designs.
- Ideate Banner Ads, Video Ads, Carousels for various eCommerce industries.
- Create Creative Briefs for Graphic Designers
- Collaborate with Advertising Department to draft better Content and get better results
- A/B Test regularly.
- Stay up-to-date with Marketing best practices & bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications:
- Perfect written english
- Strong understanding of Marketing and eCommerce is preferred.
- Great Creative skills.
- Strong understanding of psychology, human biases, and persuasion techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take creative direction, receive feedback, and iterate on work.
