Ads Managers lead the client fulfilment department, Clix Dental provide lead generation via paid advertising across multiple platforms, including
You will be provided with direct training to learn Clix Dental’s fulfilment system and fill any gaps in your knowledge. You must be coachable and show a willingness to learn. You will work closely with our tight-knit fulfilment team to learn quickly and provide top-quality work from Day 1.
Ads Managers are responsible not only for reviewing and launching the initial campaigns but also for monitoring and tweaking them on a daily and weekly basis. They work directly with the sales, account management, and leadership teams to manage any technical issues that arise within client campaigns. They are also responsible for managing back-end systems and automation to ensure the entire fulfilment process proceeds smoothly and efficiently.
Ads Managers handle a multitude of tasks that change on a daily basis. As a result, they need strong attention-to-detail, organizational, and time-management skills. They must be prepared for a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable meeting tight deadlines without direct supervision. Must also be creative and innovative by coming up with ideas and strategies to improve advertising campaign creatives and wording to ensure high-converting ads.
What This Job Entails:
- Building and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google,
- Monitoring and tweaking ad campaigns on a day to day basis basis
- Continually innovating new methods to improve client results and fulfilment systems
- Fixing technical errors as they arise within client campaigns and back-end systems
- Full-time: between 30-40 hours a week depending on tasks
Requirements:
- Proficient in spoken and written English (required)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing projects and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
- A foundational knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals and systems, with a keen interest in learning more
- Innovative -- you are constantly looking for ways to make something better and more efficient
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules
- Proven project management skills with an emphasis on quality control
- Coachable -- you are willing to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help
when needed, and delegate tasks
- Starting salary depending on experience: $650-$1000 USD, with immediate potential for raises based on value-added
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of online paid advertising for
- Previous experience with automation software highly preferred, including Zapier, GoHighlevel,
- Previous experience with remote working software preferred, including Slack, Zoom, etc.
