HIRING ASAP - Call Center Appointment Setter

We are seeking a call center representative in our marketing agency who is fluent in English and has experience working in sales or appointment setting. We are growing fast and are looking for someone who would like to grow personally alongside us.

You must also have experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools and be highly coachable with strong attention to detail. Please do not apply if you have never worked as an appointment setter before and do not meet these additional requirements below!

Key Responsibilities:
Take inbound calls and initiate outbound dials to leads for roofing contractors around the U.S.
Maintain clear and punctual communication with the team.
Use GoHighLevel to manage our client CRMs.
Enter appointment data into Google Sheets to track performance.

On Target Pay: $1,500-2,500 USD/m
$$$ Base + Commissions + Bonuses $$$
1-1 Training Provided

Requirements:
• Fluent or English Proficiency Level B2 and up (spoken and written)
• Sales knowledge and the ability to handle English objections
• Have a positive/energetic personality
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Able to follow step-by-step instructions
• Stable internet connection
• Reliable electricity
• A great quality microphone
• Dual monitor screens
• Internet speed of at least 20mbps download, 10mbps upload
• Be able to work the following shift: 11am-7pm Eastern Standard Time.

Once we have hired you and given you a shift slot, this will be your shift slot permanently. You will be expected to do this shift on the same days and times each week.
