Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of our high-ticket coaching programs.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling high-ticket items, a passion for providing meaningful support to clients, and an ability to build relationships with potential customers. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-energy environment. You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound sales efforts, as well as nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead Conversion & Relationship Building:
- Engage with leads from marketing channels (social media,
-Conduct sales calls to identify client needs and present suitable coaching programs.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects, focusing on their needs.
*Sales Process Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth lead progression.
- Set and meet sales targets by closing deals with clear, value-based communication.
- Collaborate with marketing for a seamless handoff from lead generation to sales.
* Follow-up and Client Nurturing:
- Reach out to interested leads and follow up with those in the sales funnel.
- Ensure client needs are met and all opportunities are pursued.
- Maintain communication with clients about payment plans, next steps, and program onboarding.
* Reporting & Optimization:
-Track key sales metrics, such as conversion rates and performance.
-Provide feedback to optimize the sales process and boost efficiency.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time role with flexible working hours, understanding typical sales calls are booked between 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM UK time (BST/GMT). Client sells to individuals across US, so will need to be flexible in order to accommodate client needs across different time zones.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $
Commission: $50 USD based upon full price close. On target closes of 15 sales per month
On Target Earnings: $1,450-1,650 if minimum sales targets are met
Client Location: Client is based in London England.
