The Job:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated customer service manager to join our team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work 100% from home. We seek individuals who are not just looking for a job, but a long-term partnership, with the expectation that you will grow with us for a minimum of two years.
As the customer service manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 customer service representatives.
Your leadership and guidance will play a crucial role in ensuring the team remains motivated, efficient, and aligned with our company’s values. You'll manage the day-to-day operations, making sure our customers receive timely and exceptional support. Your role is integral to maintaining and improving our customer service standards, as you will handle escalations, provide training, and continuously seek ways to enhance the team's performance. Our team is structured to work collaboratively, and your expertise in leadership will foster a positive, productive environment where customer satisfaction is at the forefront.
This role requires strong communication skills, experience in remote team management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to driving continuous improvement in our service approach, ensuring that we meet and exceed customer expectations.
Working Hours:
You will be working around 48 hours per week.

Salary:
The Initial Salary is extremely dependent on your background and the value that you are going to provide to the company from day one. The higher the value you are going to provide(based on your track record), the higher the salary.
