• Billing for US Healthcare Medical Services
• Assumes responsibility for maintaining company-mandated billing standards and timelines
• Prepare reports and gather reference information for outstanding accounts
• Resolve outstanding claim problems from past-due accounts
• Place outbound calls or use Insurance portals to resolve issues
• Must work well with timelines and delegation of tasks
• Timely completion of all assigned tasks
• Knowledge of the Billing and Reimbursement process of healthcare claims a MUST
• Working hours in US Central Standard Time (CST), a MUST
• Attend weekly Status Meetings, a MUST
• Attention to detail, a MUST
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, a MUST
• Reliable high-speed internet connection to the United States with VPN, a MUST
• Exceptional Customer Service attitude, a MUST
Skill Requirement
• Two years + healthcare billing experience required – physical therapy experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in CPT/HCPCS coding
• Proficient in claims management
• Microsoft Excel
• Phone support
