JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Guest Coordinator / Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic Airbnb hosting team. This role is instrumental in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations for our growing portfolio of 50+ units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling resolution claims, coordinating and scheduling cleaning services, conducting training sessions with cleaning staff, and managing guest communications.

If you are a tech-savvy individual with a passion for customer service, who has experience with Airbnb then this may be a fit for you!

This person also needs to be fluent in English so they can effectively complete guest support-related tasks through email, phone and chat; managing bookings and reservations whilst also working alongside other members of our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Includes, but is not limited to, responding to guest queries. Please include Travel Bridge in the subject line. Coordinating with our local team to troubleshoot guest concerns and following the guidelines for escalating guest issues.

- Manage and process Airbnb and Multiplatform bookings, including guest verification, cancellations and refunds

-Submitting Airbnb Review Removals and Airbnb Cases/Resolution Claims

-OFFER: $4/hr (fixed)
- Good reading comprehension
-Not committed with other client
-Can start immediately
