This is not an entry-level position—we need someone with a proven track record of driving growth, optimizing strategies, and scaling business results. The ideal candidate is innovative, data-driven, and can work independently while meeting deadlines.

Salary & Work Schedule:
• TBD (paid weekly via Wise)
• Full-time | Monday - Friday | 10 AM - 6 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve business goals
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion
• Use data-driven insights to improve user acquisition, retention, and revenue
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to inform decision-making

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in growth strategy, marketing, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Experience in scaling brands or businesses
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Reliable internet connection and computer (non-negotiable)
• NBI Clearance and 2 valid IDs (non-negotiable)
