Salary: $6 - $8 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE:
United States-based serial entrepreneur and sales leader seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist who will work remotely from the Philippines during afternoons and nights U.S. Pacific Standard Time.

ABOUT YOU:
Do you have a proven track record in B2B lead generation and social media strategy? Are you experienced with modern prospecting tools and marketing automation platforms? We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to handle our end-to-end lead generation and social media engagement initiatives. If you are data-driven, have excellent organizational skills, and can seamlessly balance strategic thinking with operational execution, we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and qualify 25+ target companies weekly using various platforms. Build and maintain comprehensive prospect lists with enriched contact data and detailed company information.
-Build Outreach Campaigns: Set up outreach sequencing using Outreach and respond to follow-ups messages.
-Create Custom Collateral: Create custom collateral and proposals for interested prospects.
-Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a LinkedIn content strategy, engage with the audience through timely responses to comments and messages, and convert social interactions into qualified leads.
-Market Research: Conduct thorough analysis of potential university partnerships, prepare recommendations, and compile a comprehensive market research report to support decision-making.


REQUIREMENTS
-Strong social media strategy and lead generation experience, with proven track record of driving B2B engagement
-Hands-on experience with social media marketing strategy creation and implementation (not just social media management)
-Strong background in lead-gen tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and email automation tools like Outreach.
-Experience managing multiple prospect sequences and customizing outreach campaigns.
-Proficiency in the Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
-Demonstrated success in building and nurturing B2B relationships through social media
-Bachelor Degree or higher (Latin Honors and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college) is a plus!
