I’m an executive coach helping professionals align with their purpose and achieve transformative success. We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to scale the business and attract the right audience through strategic marketing.

What You'll Do
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and run ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Email Marketing: Write and optimize email sequences to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Funnel Optimization: Create and improve sales funnels with A/B testing.
Content Creation: Collaborate on content for ads, social media, emails, and landing pages.
Analytics: Track performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts.
Brand Development: Build brand presence with storytelling, testimonials, and value-driven content.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years in growth or digital marketing (ideally for high-ticket or service-based businesses).
Strong strategic, technical, and communication skills.
Proficiency with tools like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, ActiveCampaign, and Google Analytics.
Creative, analytical, and self-motivated.
