Salary: Php 6,000/month
Hours of Work: 20 hours/week

Hello, I’m Tay from Malaysia. I am looking for a Growth Marketer to help increase website traffic and improve conversion. We are a remote job alert site. We send daily emails with entry-level remote jobs that don't require a degree.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategies: Develop and implement plans to increase user sign-ups and website traffic.
2. Content Creation: Turn job posts into engaging content for various social media platforms.
3. Conversion Optimization: Improve conversion rates. Testing and refining copy, optimizing landing pages.
4. Other Duties: Handle other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
1. Experience in digital or growth marketing.
2. Skilled in creating content for social media.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Proficient in English.

This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours. But you must be available 4 hours a day from Monday to Friday for timely content updates.
