Graphics Designer & Video Editor

Elevate Edu Solutions is a healthcare business development company offering a suite of products and services to healthcare businesses in the United States. We are looking for an experienced video editor & graphics designer to join our team! As a part of our creative team, you will be responsible for planning, editing, and posting our creatives and videos for our company and clients. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of our business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business growth and success.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
-Send a daily report through email detailing completed and ongoing tasks
-Create video clips and images for Facebook, Instagram, X, TouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn for our multiple products and clients accounts.
-Work with our team to design and conceptualize campaigns
-Plan, edit, and create content for the company like crazy!
-Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions promptly
-Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
-Stay up to date with the latest creative digital and social trends and best practices

Minimum requirements for this role are:
- Three (3) years of experience in the following:
- Graphic design and video editing
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro, etc) or equivalent professional software
- Logo and typography design
- Familiarity with at least the following social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and Snapchat)
-Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
-Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Team player
-Good time-management skills
-Great interpersonal and communication skills
-Degree in marketing or similar relevant field and career experience

Desired qualifications for this role are:
-Experience with Healthcare-based businesses

In addition to having excellent English skills, you must have a working knowledge of the applications listed below.
-Web research using search engines
-Google Workspace – Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar
-High Level – CRM and marketing platform
-Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent (i.e., Canva, DaVinci Upgrade to see actual infopCut, etc)
-Communications Apps – Skype & Google
-Project Management Apps - ClickUp
-Time Management Platform - Timeproof

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday. As long as you complete your tasks, there is no specific working hours. You’ll qualify for three (3) vacation and three (3) sick leaves after the 6-month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays.

Salary: Negotiable for full-time work (40 hours per week)
Once you complete your 6th month's probation, you will get:
-13th month
-You will be working with the CEO to start out
