**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in product design, layout, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing products products for manufacturing and web presentation. The candidate will be working with internal marketing team and working with our manufacturers to bring innovative concepts to life. In addition to product design, this role will focus on creating visually compelling marketing materials for both print and digital platforms, including catalogs and websites.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop product concepts for surf, pool, and water-based products, from initial sketches to final design.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to produce detailed product design specifications.
- Create engaging and visually appealing online and print marketing materials, including website banners, media content, and brochures.
- Design and layout product catalogs, ensuring cohesive branding and effective product presentation.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate ideas into clear, high-quality designs.
- Ensure all designs meet production specifications and are optimized for manufacturing.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all creative outputs.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential and required.
- Experience with product layout and design specifications for manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of website design and online marketing principles.
- Catalog layout and print design skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem solver with strong visual communication skills.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience working with product design and mock up illustrations.
- Ability to work with Marketing teams product ideas, color-ways, example sketches & co-branding goals to bring product concepts to life.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus but not required. Ability to turn vector designs into “near real life” product images strongly desired.

**Required**
- Latest computer with fast internet connection and backup battery and internet access.
- License to use the latest software programs including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Time tracking through online jobs with full time commitment.
- Work exclusively for employer and demonstrate ability to take on new projects and leadership roles.
