Graphics Designer – Marketing Agency

We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphics Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, is skilled in creating visually compelling content, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with the marketing, content, and social media teams to bring ideas to life across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce high-quality visual content, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts aligned with client goals and brand identity.
- Create original illustrations, infographics, and visual assets for campaigns and presentations.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for digital and print formats, maintaining a consistent aesthetic across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the agency’s creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Communicate and present design ideas clearly to team members and clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools like Figma or Sketch is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
