Graphic & Video Designer - eCommerce Fashion

Join Heavy Head Social as our new Graphic & Video Designer and help shape high-performing creative for fashion brands around the world.

We’re Heavy Head Social – a fast-growing eCommerce marketing agency specialising in fashion. We work with ambitious fashion brands across the UK, Europe and the US – and right now, we’re looking for a talented Graphic & Video Designer to join our remote team.

Responsibilities:
• Develop visual concepts and assets for Meta ads, social content and website graphics.
• Create compelling static and video ad creatives that resonate with fashion audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing teams to align visuals with broader strategy.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback into final deliverables.
• Stay up to date with design trends, testing new tools and formats to keep creative fresh.
• Provide creative input to improve campaign messaging and performance.

Requirements:
• You must be available to work full-time within the EU timezone (9am–6pm GMT, Dublin time).
• 3+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer (preferably in fashion eCommerce).
• A strong portfolio of Meta ad creatives, video content, and performance-driven design.
• Experience creating content for fashion brands (luxury fashion is a plus).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, etc.
• Experience working with European or US-based companies.
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, colour, and motion.
• Clear communicator with strong writing skills.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and presenting ideas on camera when needed.
• Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently.
• A strong interest in the fashion industry and current creative trends.
