About the Role
Apricot is looking for a Graphic & Illustration Designer to create high-impact visuals across marketing materials, signage, menus, retail graphics, digital ads, packaging, and merchandise. This role blends traditional graphic design with custom illustration, ensuring that every brand we work with has unique, visually compelling assets. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal team—without direct client interaction—to bring brand stories to life through design and illustration.
What You’ll Do
Design marketing collateral, menus, signage, retail displays, and digital ads.
Develop custom illustrations for branding, packaging, icons, and merchandise.
Create layouts and compositions that align with established brand identities.
Collaborate with brand designers, motion designers, and other tea
Prepare files for both print and digital applications.
Stay up to date on design and illustration trends to keep our work fresh and innovative.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or illustration.
Strong portfolio showcasing both marketing design and illustration work.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; experience with Procreate or other digital illustration tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to balance typography, layout, and illustration within a design.
Knowledge of print production and digital ad specifications.
Ability to adapt illustration styles to fit different brand aesthetics.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work efficiently within a team.
