Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant

Are you a creative powerhouse with an eye for bold, fun, and colourful design? Do you love creating playful, engaging visuals that resonate with women—especially mums—who want to feel comfortable and confident in swimwear? If so, we want YOU!
Sheila May Swim is a women’s swimwear brand that’s all about bright colours, mix 'n match magic, and playful energy. We’re looking for a part-time (3 days/week) Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Assistant to help bring our brand to life. This role has the potential to grow into a full-time position!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Create static graphics for Facebook & Instagram ads
• Design social media content (Instagram posts, stories, and extra graphics as needed)
• Develop a strong, cohesive brand identity across all visuals
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all content
• Design and send bi-weekly marketing emails (Klaviyo experience necessary)
• Develop and maintain email flows to engage our audience
• Design graphics for new collection launches
• Update website graphics to keep things fresh and fun
• Design product packaging that reflects our bold, vibrant style
• Create branding assets for sales & promotions

BONUS: If you have video editing experience, that’s a huge plus!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong background in social media design, branding, and digital marketing visuals
- Creative & artistic – You have graphic design experience and have a strong sense of style
- Experience in Canva & Klaviyo
- Good communication skills – Must be able to collaborate & take feedback well
- Organised & structured – You thrive on keeping things running smoothly and meeting deadlines
- Understands our audience – You get women and mums dealing with body changes
- Loves bright, playful branding – No boring, bland designs here!

This is a remote, part-time role (3 days per week), with the potential to grow into full-time. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to be part of our team long-term.
