We are seeking a talented Part-Time Designer with experience in creating engaging and impactful designs, particularly for Instagram. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills and a good understanding of design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing designs for Instagram and other social media platforms.
Ensure all designs adhere to the established branding guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a designer, particularly in creating content for Instagram.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with government branding guidelines is REQUIRED.
