Graphic Designer with Tech Skills

Who We Are
We're a fast-growing digital publishing company creating engaging books that sell. We need a versatile designer who can handle everything from book layouts to social video content.

The Role
You'll create high-converting designs and engaging video content using both traditional and AI tools. Your work will directly impact our sales and audience growth across multiple platforms.

Daily Tasks
- Create scroll-stopping book covers that outperform competitors
- Design professional book layouts for digital and print
- Build promotional videos for YouTube and social media
- Design A+ content that converts browsers into buyers
- Create social media graphics and video assets for PPC campaigns
- Develop lifestyle images through photo manipulation
- Apply CRO principles to maximize conversions

Required Skills
- Strong commercial design sense (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic video editing skills
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Comfortable learning AI tools
- Understanding of what makes people click and buy

Availability
Flexible with core hours: 4 PM - 7 PM Manila time
Monday to Friday
Must be available for daily team meetings
