We're trying to solve the world's biggest problem: People don't #Believe in themselves enough. The way we're approaching this problem is producing inspirational content at scale. The right video at the right time can completely change someone's life and we want to touch as many lives as possible. People may not have a supportive family or community around them, but our content can help give them the belief they need to chase their dreams and make the world a better place. The job responsibilities include designing and creating engaging YouTube thumbnails, researching trending thumbnail styles, editing and enhancing images, organizing and maintaining a thumbnail archive, analyzing thumbnail performance, collaborating with the content team, ensuring brand consistency, and assisting with basic design tasks.
