Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager

Overview:

We seek a full-time creative and strategic Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and managing social media platforms, with a strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and effective digital marketing strategies. You will manage our presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.

Note: This role goes beyond just posting on social media, so standing out from other applicants is important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Using Canva, design and create engaging graphics for social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
- Using tools like Sendible and Klaviyo, manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Measure and create reports and recommendations based on our accounts
- Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, and similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok platforms.
- Experience with Sendible and Klaviyo is a plus.
- Knowledge of how social media algorithms work and how to monitor how they change.Excellent written English skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to plan in advance.

Note that the position will include a design and planning test. We will provide you with those details after you apply. This will be a paid test.
