JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Appx. 9:30am-1:30pm PST Monday-Friday

Salary: $2.50-$6.00/hour USD depending on experience

This person who is a great fit will be able to efficiently handle the following:

Key Responsibilities:
• Design eye-catching visuals, ads, logos, and art using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Improve sales & strengthen the bond with our community by building positive relationships, getting offers in front of them, showing how their subscription is helping give back, and making them feel special and appreciated.
• Help with marketing funnels to get our products and subscriptions in front of more people.
• Create ads and content that grabs attention, stop them scrolling and get them to take action.
• Assist with brainstorming & executing marketing efforts to drive engagement, loyalty, increase reach and sell our products and services.
• Collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
• Help setup AI to automate what we are able to.


REQUIREMENTS
• EXCELLENT written and verbal English communication skills. clients are all English speaking and based in the US and Canada
• Willingness to work 20+ hours a week in the PST time zone from 9:30am-1:30pm and ability to move to 40 hours as soon as available. Prefer us being your sole employer so there are no scheduling conflicts and you give us your best like we will give to you.
• Working knowledge in the eCommerce, subscription box, and swag marketing industries and processes is preferred
• 2+ years doing graphic design with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• 2+ years experience with digital marketing preferred
• Excellent typing skills of at least 50 WPM
• Experience with or able to quickly learn computer software applications, including, but not limited to google drive, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Dropbox, Slack, Social Media Applications: Instagram, Facebook & TikTok, Gmail, Clickfunnels, Go High Level, Shopify, Subbly & Cratejoy

• Appropriate quiet environment for virtual work
• You enjoy working remotely - We’re a remote-first company and we want to never have an office. This is great if you like working by yourself in the quiet, but it can be terribly painful if you need the energy of coworkers nearby.
• Reliable internet connection

PAY
The pay will be determined based on your level of skill and the other people that apply for the job.
