About the Thumbnail Designer role:

I am looking for a full-time Thumbnail Creator / Graphic Designer for my YouTube Channels. Someone experienced in editing YouTube thumbnails and can also do the following below:

- Design a compelling and catchy video thumbnail significantly increases the video's click-through rate, thus increasing the number of views
- Knowledgeable about increasing the video's CTR through thumbnails and someone who can formulate their design and concept just by the video topic
- Brainstorm ideas and concepts that perfectly describe the video while still invoking curiosity
- Design should be eye-catching and complement with the video title
- Design should reflect the branding of the channel
- Design communicates a BIG idea/promise of what viewer will get if they click
- If using texts, it can have 3-5 words maximum

I require the capability to produce 3-4 quality thumbnails for specific video in one 8 hour shift or less. You have the flexibility to choose any 8-hour shift, 5 days a week. This is paid on an hourly basis with an introductory rate of $1.75 to $2.50 per hour depending on your skill level. We also have bonuses and team incentives as well. Our payout is weekly every Saturday.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Graphic Designer experience
- Minimum 3 Years of YouTube Thumbnail editing experience
