Job Description: We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Website Designer to join our team. This role will be instrumental in creating eye-catching, professional designs that resonate with our clients in the childcare industry. If you’re passionate about impactful design, have a keen eye for detail, and understand the unique needs of small business owners, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design: Create branding assets, social media graphics, infographics, and promotional materials that reflect our client's values and mission.
• Website Design: Design visually appealing, user-friendly websites (using platforms like WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix) optimized for the needs of childcare providers.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our project managers, content creators, and marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective branding and web experiences.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their branding goals, feedback, and revisions to deliver designs that exceed expectations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Media/Graphics and Website design or similar roles.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Availability to work full-time 40 hours a week, graveyard shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
• Proficiency in web design tools like Figma, WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices, particularly for small business branding.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A creative mindset and a passion for helping small businesses thrive!

Bonus Skills:
• Experience designing for clients in the childcare, education, or nonprofit sectors.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Clickup.
