Graphic Designer Wanted

Hey guys! We are seeking a highly creative and independent Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing static graphics that will serve as the foundation for animated elements, which will later be brought to life by our motion graphics designer. We are looking for an experienced and innovative Graphic Designer to take full creative ownership of the design process for our web and digital projects. You will be tasked with producing high-quality, static graphics for website elements, presentations, and other digital marketing materials. These designs will then be handed off to our motion graphics designer for animation. Please note, not all graphics will become animated but you must be able to provide that when required.

Responsibilities:

* Create visually compelling, on-brand graphic designs for website elements and digital assets (e.g., banners, icons, logos, illustrations, etc.).
* Provide clear explanations and specifications of the designs to our motion graphics designer for animation.
* Work independently and creatively to deliver fresh, unique designs with minimal direction.
* Maintain a consistent design style and uphold the standards of the brand.
* Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure that the graphics align with project objectives and deadlines.
* Ensure all designs are web-ready and optimized for performance across devices.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
* Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
* Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to the motion graphics designer.
* Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms is a plus.
* Attention to detail and an eye for design consistency.
