Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketer

JOB BRIEF
We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketer to join our team and help us grow our online presence. As our Social Media Designer, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across all of our social media channels. You should have a strong understanding of how social media works and how to use it to achieve business goals. If you’re a creative thinker with a passion for all things social media, we want to hear from you!

If chosen, you will be part of a distributed team across Sydney and Manila, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager and occasionally the in-house Brand and Product Coordinator. This position is an intermediate-level position where you will be expected to know and understand the fundamentals of the digital marketing discipline. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
?Assist with the development of content, including videos, photos, and copy
?Create engaging content that enhances brand reputation, attracts visitors to our website, and engages our fan base
?Maintain and grow our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
?Create, edit, publish, and Upgrade to see actual info digital content using Facebook, Instagram, etc.
?Develop, implement, and maintain a brand voice that is consistent with the company
?Produce additional content, as needed, to support our other marketing initiatives

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
?Understand industry trends, do research to help create relevant marketing content
?Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, digital media, or related field
?Proficient in using graphic design and video editing tools, e.g. Adobe PhotoShop, Lightroom, etc.
?Experience managing social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
?Ability to edit and publish content on social media platforms
?Expertise in social media marketing strategies
?Soft skills: organisation, multi-tasking, self-starter
