Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in designing templates for real estate agents and Airbnb hosts. Your role will involve creating templates that can be easily customized and used by our clients for listings, brochures, social media posts, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and the ability to create templates that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing and easy-to-use templates for real estate listings, brochures, social media graphics, email marketing, and Airbnb property pages.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, property managers, and Airbnb hosts to understand their branding needs and deliver creative, tailored design solutions.
- Ensure all templates are easy to edit, adaptable to different properties, and follow brand guidelines for consistency.
- Create visually striking and user-friendly layouts that enhance the appeal of properties and drive engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, especially in real estate marketing and vacation rental promotion.
- Work with various design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) to deliver high-quality templates.
- Provide responsive feedback and support for any design edits or revisions as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in designing for real estate, real estate agents, or Airbnb hosts.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma.
- Experience in creating user-friendly templates that are easy for clients to edit.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow client branding guidelines.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of real estate trends, Airbnb listing styles, and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear design solutions.
