Graphic Designer - Print on Demand Specialist

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who specializes in print-on-demand design. If you have experience creating eye-catching, marketable designs that look great on a variety of products and understand the specific requirements for print production, we’d love to work with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original, market-driven designs for print-on-demand products (T-shirts, mugs, phone cases, etc.).
• Ensure designs meet print production standards (color, resolution, format) for platforms like Printful, Redbubble, Teespring, etc.
• Develop concepts based on trends, customer demand, and feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and collections.
• Optimize existing designs to fit various product templates and sizes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing print-on-demand work.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other equivalent programs.
• Knowledge of print production processes and product specifications (color space, DPI, bleed, etc.).
• Ability to design for a variety of niches, incorporating market trends and customer needs.
• Strong creative and conceptual skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Etsy, Shopify, or Amazon Merch.
• Familiarity with file preparation and uploading on platforms like Printful, Redbubble, Teespring, etc.
• Knowledge of copyright and trademark rules for design creation.
