Requirements:

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills, particularly in photo advertising.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
