Job Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Xotic Performance, you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging designs for our digital and print marketing materials. You will work closely with our marketing and product development teams to ensure all designs align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and innovative graphic designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all marketing channels and materials.
• Create and maintain a library of design assets, including images, icons, templates, and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
• Familiarity with automotive industry design trends is a plus.
