Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working on creative projects, is highly organized, and can produce high-quality, print-ready designs for t-shirts. You will play a key role in expanding our product catalog and bringing fresh ideas to life that align with our brand.

Responsibilities:
• Design original, creative, and high-quality graphics for t-shirts and other merchandise.
• Collaborate with us to understand our brand, target audience, and vision for designs.
• Create a mix of text-based and graphical designs with a focus on “evergreen” themes that appeal to dog owners.
• Prepare print-ready files, ensuring compliance with print-on-demand specifications (e.g., DPI, color profiles).
• Incorporate feedback into designs and make revisions as needed.
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail across all designs.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly for apparel or print-on-demand products.
• Proficient in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of design trends and typography.
• Ability to create designs that appeal to our specific niche (dog owners, especially Alaskan Klee Kai enthusiasts).
• Excellent work ethic and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate on ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience designing for print-on-demand platforms, specifically, Printify.
• Familiarity with our niche or a passion for dogs and pet-related designs.
