What You'll Do:

Manage design projects, timelines, and team resources.
Ensure designs meet brand guidelines.
Keep project documents clear and organized.
Track progress, solve issues, and keep projects on schedule.
Share meeting agendas and action items to keep everyone aligned.
Gather client feedback and turn it into actionable steps for the team.
Collaborate with creative leads and account managers.

Who You Are:
Experienced graphic designer with project management skills.
Able to lead a team of designers and social media marketers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking.
Strong communicator with problem-solving skills.
Familiar with tools like Notion and Asana.
Passionate about branding and creative work.

Technical Requirements

High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection).
Noise-canceling headset.
Fast computer.
Power and internet backup.
Work Setup & Expectations

Full-Time Position
Rate: $6-8 DOE (Provide Your Rate in the Form)
Timezone: Eastern or Pacific.
