Graphic Designer (Calling all moms, travel lovers, packing experts….)

Job Brief / Description:

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team! You will be designing a wide variety of projects for our website, Amazon store, and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of design principles, work with a broad range of media, and be updated when it comes to design trends. You will also work closely with our Creative Director so effective communication, collaborative skills and ability to meet deadlines are a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Use creativity to develop digital assets that are aligned with the EzPacking brand and objectives. Some examples of the different types of media you’ll be working with:
-Shopify (lifestyle images, banners, etc.)
-Amazon Store / listing (lifestyle images, banners, GIFs, etc.)
-Email and SMS campaign graphics (GIFs included)
-Product labels, stickers, etc.

2. Collaborate with the director and writers to create compelling designs.

3. Come up with designs based on instructions / guidelines.

4. Make initial versions of designs and implement revisions based on feedback (when appropriate).

5. Perform retouching and manipulation of product images.

6. Incorporate current design trends and best practices to create visually enticing graphics.

7. Scan final graphics for typos and errors prior to publishing.

8. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks within a given timeframe, making sure all deliverables are accomplished on schedule.

9. Assist in ad-hoc design tasks and projects to support the team’s objectives.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
- Two to five years experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Portfolio showcasing previous designs and illustrations.
- Keen attention to detail and exceptional creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Time management skills for meeting deadlines.

Work Hours and Benefits:

- Competitive salary rate ( $5.00 per hour, depending on experience)
- Fully remote and flexible work hours (15-20 hours per week)
*Note: This is a project-based role which requires a commitment of max 20 hours per week.
