Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a creative and self-motivated Remote Graphic Designer to join our team at Rickety Cricket Brewing. In this role, you’ll design eye-catching visuals that reflect our brand’s unique personality—think gritty, fun, and a little rebellious. From beer labels and packaging to social media graphics and merchandise, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our fans experience Rickety Cricket. This is a fully remote position, so you’ll need to thrive in a virtual environment while collaborating with our marketing and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling beer labels, cans, and packaging that align with our brand identity and appeal to craft beer enthusiasts.
Create digital assets for social media, website updates, email campaigns, and online promotions.
Develop artwork for brewery merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, glassware, hats) that fans will love.
Collaborate remotely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
Ensure all designs meet print and digital production standards, working with vendors as needed.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work setting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required), preferably with experience in beverage, food, or lifestyle brands.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Experience designing for both print (e.g., packaging, labels) and digital platforms (e.g., social media, web).
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment (e.g., via Slack, Zoom, email).
A passion for craft beer and an appreciation for Rickety Cricket’s quirky, irreverent style is a big plus!
Bonus: Knowledge of motion graphics or illustration skills.
