Automation Specialist

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

- **Building & Optimizing AI Voice Workflows**: Use no-code tools like Make and Zapier to create and fine-tune AI-powered voice workflows.
- **Integrating Backend Processes**: Work with APIs, Webhooks, and JavaScript to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- **Client Support**: Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them understand and improve their automation systems, and troubleshooting when necessary.
- **Quality Assurance**: Regularly test and improve automation systems to ensure they perform at their best.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to align automation solutions with client needs and business goals.
- **Managing Projects**: Juggle multiple client projects at once, ensuring you deliver high-quality solutions to each one.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- **Hands-On Experience**: You’ve worked with no-code automation tools like Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- **Backend Knowledge**: You have a solid understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JavaScript, and how they fit into automation workflows.
- **AI Familiarity**: You’re familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT and know how to integrate them into automation processes.
- **Excellent Communication**: You can explain complex automation systems in simple terms, making them easy for clients to understand.
- **Problem-Solving Mindset**: You enjoy tackling challenges and finding the best solutions.
- **Independence**: You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need constant oversight to get things done.
