Full-Time Graphic Designer (Facebook Ads) – Remote

We are looking for a FULL-TIME Graphic Designer to create and scale Facebook ad creatives for real estate marketing campaigns.

This is NOT a branding, logo, or animation role. You will be producing, batching, and optimising ad creatives at scale using Canva and occasionally other programs

Responsibilities:

- Design high-volume Facebook ad creatives using Upgrade to see actual info.
- Work with the media buying team to refine ads based on performance.
- Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing.
- Maintain and organise a Canva template library for efficiency.
- Brainstorm and develop new ad creative ideas to improve lead generation.

What We Need:
- Proven graphic design experience of 2 years minimum with preferred experience in producing facebook ad creatives.
-Expert in Canva – this will be your primary tool.
-Preferably experience producing high-output ad creatives at scale.
- Understanding of direct response marketing (CTAs, conversion-focused design).
- Full-time availability – this is not a freelance or partUpgrade to see actual info role.
