Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Employment Type: Part-Time and Full-Time Available

Key Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer at CloseAbility, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and enhancing our visual content across all platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing Visual Content: Creating high-quality graphics for social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and web content.
Lead Magnet Development: Designing engaging and visually appealing lead magnets to attract and convert leads.
Landing Page Graphics: Collaborating with the marketing team to design graphics for optimized landing pages.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring all visual content aligns with CloseAbility’s branding guidelines.
Creative Brainstorming: Contributing ideas for new content strategies and design approaches.
Tool Utilization: Using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:
A passion for technology and startups.
Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
Strong design skills with a portfolio of previous work showcasing expertise in digital design.
Experience or knowledge in:
Designing images for social media and marketing campaigns.
Creating lead magnets and downloadable resources.
Developing visuals for landing pages and websites.
Maintaining brand identity through consistent designs.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
A proactive, results-driven attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
